TIDAL ROBE
Description
Fourth Element gear has been keeping people warm from the bottom of Antarctic ocean to the top of mount Everest. We've channelled that know-how into creating the perfect robe.
Designed to be lightweight and low bulk to pack down small into your bag.
Made from recycled material, this full zip Tidal Robe has been built to keep the warmth in and the elements out. Tested by hardy ocean users, this super soft fleece-lined robe, is fully waterproof with taped seams and handwarmer pockets, perfect for keeping cosy and dry after time spent in the water.
Use it to warm up after a session in or on the water, or to cover up between dives. This robe is fully fleece-lined for after-swim warmth and is made using approximately 50 recycled plastic bottles.

Fabric & Care
"Being ‘OceanPositive’ spans from not just what we do in the ocean but also what we do in our everyday lives. Items in our OceanPositive Collection are made using fabrics including a significant percentage of recycled content from post-consumer waste. This includes “Ghost” Fishing nets, brought out of the sea to be recycled and post-consumer plastic bottles."

Limestone
During the neoprene production process, limestone is used to replace petrochemicals to form rubber chips. You achieve the same performance as traditional neoprene, but with way less environmental impact

Recycled Rubber
One of the key ingredients of neoprene, Eco Carbon Black, is recycled by our wetsuit factory from post-consumer scrap tyres. This significantly reduces energy consumption and cuts CO2 emissions by 200g per wetsuit.

Resources
After the neoprene creation process, the redundant trimmed materials will be recycled and reused in the mixing process to produce more neoprene sheets. Overall huge amounts of raw materials are saved, energy consumption is reduced and waste water and air emissions are minimised during production.
